United Christian Parish offers services during Easter Week

LAKEPORT, Calif. – United Christian Parish of Lakeport invites the community to join its members for all of the upcoming Easter Week services.

Palm Sunday: March 25, 10 a.m.: “From Palms to Passion”: The service commemorates Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. The praise team provides music.

Good Friday: March 30, 7 p.m.: “Seven Last Words of Christ”: They remember the day Jesus willingly suffered and died by crucifixion as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins.

Easter Sunday: April 1. Sunrise Service: 6:30 a.m. at the Gazebo in Library Park. Celebrate the joyous news of Jesus' resurrection, with worship and music. Following the service please come to the church for breakfast provided by the Men's Bible study group.

Traditional service: 10 a.m. at the church. Explore what it means for us that Christ has risen, and what it means for our everyday lives. The Chancel Choir provides music.

United Christian Parish is located at 745 Brush St. in Lakeport.
