MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – Friends of the Middletown Library group will hold its semi annual book fair on Saturday, Oct. 19.
The book fair takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the activity room of the new Middletown Library, 21256 Washington St., across the street from the old Gibson Library.
Books will be sold by the bag at a bargain price of $5 per bag.
There will be a special sale of paperbacks at $3 per bag.
Books for sale include: best sellers, children’s, mysteries, spy intrigue, romance, cookbooks, self help, reference, audio tapes and CDs – and some surprise offerings.
All proceeds are for the purchase of new books and supplies for the library.
