10:14 a.m. ‒ Caller reports a male subject was yelling at his two children at Library Park and then he left in a blue Hyundai with the back window broken out. Caller is a CPS worker in another county and the subject is under investigation.

10:33 a.m. ‒ Warning issued during traffic stop in the 1300 block of Main.

1:49 p.m. ‒ Report taken for shoplifter at business in the 300 block of N. Main. A female tried to run out of the store with merchandise; she left two juveniles in the dressing room when she left.

3:43 p.m. ‒ Report taken for missing adults at church on Fourth.

4:20 p.m. ‒ Caller reports three male juveniles are throwing rocks at a neighbor's trailer. Warning issued.

8:25 p.m. ‒ Warning issued during traffic stop in the 1400 block of S. Main.

8:36 p.m. ‒ Sixteen-year-old reported throwing things into the caller's yard and breaking windows. Left on foot on Brush toward Clear Lake Avenue yelling, “Somebody kill me” and is now crying. Caller advises the teen has bleeding hands due to breaking windows. Arrest made.

9:28 p.m. ‒ Warning issued during traffic stop at Giselman and Sayre.

9:58 p.m. ‒ Pedestrian check on Fifth and N. Forbes. Subject released on cite. Report taken.
