2:42 p.m. ‒ Suspicious circumstances reported at location on Orchard. Two to three males are in a residence they were evicted from, caller doesn't believe they belong there.

6:12 p.m. ‒ Caller reports a homeless man appears to be preparing to sleep in front of a business on Third.

9:17 p.m. ‒ Subject reportedly spotted siphoning gas out of a vehicle parked in the guest parking at condominiums on Royale Avenue.

9:29 p.m. ‒ Four teenage juveniles reported smoking drugs in front of residence on Konocti Avenue. Gone on arrival.
