2:22 a.m. – Public disturbance. California Highway Patrol reported incomplete transfer from CHP, report of loud party w/people fighting at K. Warning given.

9:12 a.m. – Theft up to $400. Possible Civil ex-landlord stole reporters laptop. Civil assist.

10:35 a.m. – Outside agency assist. CHP, S Orchard, want assistance dispatching a deer due to populated area, CHP en route. Incident location was S Main, Sears.

12:01 p.m. – Public disturbance. Reported three white male adults were in a physical 415P with two white male adults on Brush St. No longer on scene, victims last seen on foot west on 11th. Vehicle last seen heading on 11th. Victims were in early 20s. Gone on arrival.

2:58 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism on N. Main. Care giver broker in to reporters front window and currently in front of residence, respondent has been drinking, no weapons. Report taken.

3:04 p.m. – K-Mart reported a silver Mercedes driving reckless in the parking lot. Keeps driving up and down all the lanes. Gone on arrival.

4:19 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer initiated activity at 11th/Highway 29. Report taken.

9:02 p.m. – Traffic stop at S. Main/Armstrong. Warning.

11:19 p.m. – Traffic stop at Amerigas, Soda Bay Road. Warning.

11:25 p.m. – Traffic stop at S. Highway 29/Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.

11:49 p.m. – Pedestrian check at Washington Mutual, N. Main. Out with one in front of. General services rendered.
