Lakeport Police logs: Friday, Sept. 4

12:54 a.m. – Subject detained after reportedly breaking in to a concession stand. One male adult who is trying to get away. Subject is fighting with another at the C Street gate. Arrest made.


7:42 a.m. – Welfare check. A Santa Cruz resident asks to check on his father, who is 69 years old. He usually speaks with him daily, but has not spoken to him since Saturday. He has had recent hernia surgery, no other health issues. Caller would like a call back. Father lives at Clear Lake Marina Mobile Home Park. Report taken.


9:31 a.m. – Woman on 11th Street reported an illegal entry. Unknown subjects enter her residence while she wasn’t home last night. General services rendered.


11:22 a.m. – Report of a white female elderly adult pulling a rolling suitcase with a seeing-impaired cane in the roadway creating a hazard. Last seen on S. Main St. near Fireside Lounge. Gone on arrival.


12:56 p.m. – Coroners report taken on Linda Lane.


1:46 p.m. – Family disturbance reported. An 80s burgundy and cream Chevrolet truck ran a stop sign at Lakeport Boulevard/Main. Per the caller, it looked like there was a disturbance in the vehicle; looked like a person was trying to get out of the vehicle. Vehicle was last seen turning before the sports bowl near the fake horse after Block Buster. Gone on arrival.


3:17 p.m. – Man lying on the north side of Bruno’s near the new stores. Man denies that he needs medical attention, but possibly he has been drinking and has passed out. Arrest made.


4:26 p.m. – A caller from Chico called and is advising that her runaway nephew, a 15-year-old, has broken into the house with a girlfriend and is staying at the residence and that the callers cousin is on the way to the residence to take items. Caller advises that nobody should be at the residence on Konocti Ave. Gone on arrival.


5:02 p.m. – A 22-year-old white male hit caller with his fists at the entrance to the Fairgrounds five minutes ago. Report taken.


6:26 p.m. – Outside agency assist at the fairgrounds. A 17-year-old making contact with the mother by phone.


6:30 p.m. – Warrant service at the Fairgrounds. Arrest made.


7:02 p.m. – Noise disturbance reported on Lakeshore Boulevard, two dogs barking non-stop, one is a pit bull, house is on the corner. Caller wants deputy contact, sounds like she has possibly been drinking or crying; mentioned it has been a rough couple months. General services rendered.


8:48 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance reported on Central Park Avenue. Caller hears a female screaming “help.” Car parked in a driveway just after Pool St. General services rendered.


10:39 p.m. – Public intoxication at the fairgrounds, person in custody at the command post. Arrest made.
