NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a CEQA Grading Permit (GR 08-060) based on Initial Study 08-27 for Twin Oaks Vineyard LLC in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow grading for vineyard development. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., May 7, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 13, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
