NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 09-11 of William Pheland in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow a garage to exceed the accessory height limitation of twenty feet, for a total structure height of twenty-five feet. The property is located at 31237 Salmon Creek Road, Lake Pillsbury and further described as APN 063-301-05. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., May 1, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 6, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
