NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State
of California will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 24-01) with no public
hearing on Wednesday July 10, 2024, unless a written request for a public hearing
is submitted on or before July 3, 2024, by 5:00 p.m. to the Community Development
Department Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport CA. Should a timely request for a
hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in
Conference Room C, 3 rd floor of the courthouse, for consideration of proposed Minor
Use Permit (MUP 24-01) for an addition to an existing dwelling with reduced front-yard
setback. Applicant: Carl Wimmer; Location: 13070 Cliff Drive, Lower Lake (APN
043-221-17).
The hearing (if requested) will take place both in-person and via Zoom. The Agenda,
Zoom information, staff report and attachments will be posted online a minimum of 72
hours prior to the hearing on the County’s website at:
