Lakeport City Council to consider adjusting the water and sewer capacity charges July 18

Notice to the Public:


On July 18, 2023, at 6:00 pm, the Lakeport City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting, will consider a resolution adjusting the water and sewer capacity charges. These charges are collected from new development to offset the costs associated with utility expansion demands.

The capacity charge study is available as required by Government Code section 66016 on the City’s website at: https://files4.revize.com/lakeportca/Finance/utility%20study/Lakeport%20Expansion%20Fee%20Final%20Report.pdf

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport.
