NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO AN APPROVED USE PERMIT BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of  California, will consider approving Amendment (MMU 21-07) of original Use Permit UP 19- 25 at a public hearing. The hearing will take place on Thursday, October 14, 2021, 9:15 a.m.,  in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. Due to the  COVID-19 crisis, meetings of the Lake County Planning Commission will be available for  participation virtually via Zoom and in the Board Chambers subject to social distancing  requirements. Applicant/Owner: Coast Oak / Carl Tharp. Proposed Project: Convert  14,080 of mixed light commercial cannabis cultivation to 15,000 sq. ft. of outdoor commercial  cannabis cultivation. Affects previously approved file no. UP 19-25. Location: 7560 Highway
