Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant/Owner: Richard Siri. Proposed Project: Rezone and General Plan amendment on a property presently zoned R3.

Location: 4436 Lakeshore Boulevard, Lakeport, CA; APN: 029-141-22.

Environmental Evaluation: Mitigated Negative Declaration.
