Peter Blackman: Two-year extension on approved parcel map

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PMX 08-03, proposing a two-year extension of time for an approved tentative parcel map (PM 05-04) and deviation (DV 05-10) for a dead-end roadway exceeding 1000 feet in length. The project applicant is Peter Blackman. The Planning Commission will reconsider the Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-10. The project is located at 10159 Bell Avenue, Lower Lake and further described as APN 012-043-06. The staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on April 24, 2008 at 9:05 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
