NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PARCEL MAP

LAKE COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Department will consider approving MINOR MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PARCEL MAP MMM 07-04 to allow the enlargement of a building envelope for the construction of a single-family home. The project applicants are Allen and Carolyn Koch. The project is located at 7300 Kahms Lane, Kelseyville, CA, and further described as APN 011-065-26. The Planner processing this application is Emily Minton, who may be reached at (707) 263-2221.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR MODIFICATION with no public hearing if no written appeal or request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., January 22, 2008. Should a timely appeal or request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on January 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
