NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 10-07) based on Initial Study 10-17 for Donald Carder in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery. The property is located at 9820 Kelsey Creek Drive, Kelseyville CA, APN 011-004-58. The proposed mitigated negative declaration and the proposed conditions of approval are available in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M July 8, 2010. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 14, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
