NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 10-01) based on Initial Study 10-03 for Eric Olof in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery and tasting room. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review (20 days before approval) and the proposed conditions of approval will be available (10 days before approval) in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., May 17, 2010. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 26, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
