LAKEPORT – Students at Konocti Christian Academy supported Operation Tango Mike during the month of November in honor of Veteran's Day.

Ginny Craven, founder of Operation Tango Mike, gave a talk and video presentation during "Koffee with KCA.”

The students pledged to raise money to send Christmas care packages to our troops.

KCA students had collected over $350 and presented Ginny Craven with a check to contribute towards Operation Tango Mike's Christmas package postage.

Captain James G. Allen, Air Combat Intelligence Operations Officer G-2/ACI, sent a letter personally thanking the students and expressing his gratitude for their thoughtfulness on behalf of the troops under his command stationed at the Al Asad air base in Iraq.
