CLEARLAKE, Calif. — William “Billy” Mitchell, 64, passed away at home in Clearlake, California.

He is survived by his siblings, Michael Mitchell, Lesley Bautista, Nancy Mitchell of California and Kelly Ross of Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews; and step-grandchildren, Willow Linton and Blaze Downs of Missouri.

He is also predeceased by siblings Steven and Kathleen Mitchell.
