NORTHERN CALIFORNIA – “Lou” aka "Meme" was born March 13, 1923, in Muskogee, Oklahoma to James Leonard Turner and Myrtle Elizabeth Leatherman.

Lou passed peacefully in her sleep with her family by her side on, Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019, in Sacramento.

She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Carl; all of their children, Lee, Pat, Betty and Arlene; along with all of her siblings, Ruby, Ruth, Iva, Mary, Margie, Rosie and Leon.

She will be deeply missed by her 13 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her great-great-grandchildren (far too many to name).

Funeral service will be held at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary in Lakeport on Monday, Jan. 14, at 11 a.m. with graveside interment to follow at Kelseyville Cemetery.
