LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Jay Swanson passed away in December 2017.

A celebration of his life will be held at the Lakeport Yacht Club on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 15 Fifth St. in Lakeport from 1 to 5 p.m.

The Lake County Military Funeral Honors team will be in attendance.
