LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Roma C. Oswalt, 83, passed away on Monday, Jan.  8, 2018.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; and was predeceased by her devoted husband of 63 years, Elliot Oswalt.

She was a beautiful loving lady who will be truly missed, but memories will forever fill our hearts.
