CLEARLAKE, Calif. – Terri Ann Howard, 69, of Clearlake passed away on Monday, Nov. 13, 2017.

She was born to the late Morris and Edith Lebedeff on May 15, 1948, in San Francisco, Calif.

Terri was born and raised in San Francisco but spent much of her childhood in Clearlake, where she vacationed with parents and her older sister, Penny.

As a child and teenager Terri loved adventure. She enjoyed fishing, swimming and other outdoor activities but mostly she loved people.

In 1976 Terri moved to Clearlake with her two daughters to be near her parents.

Once she was settled in she began her 41-year career as a beautician in Lake County. She began her career at Margaret’s Beauty Salon in Clearlake and was a co-owner of Patricia’s Beauty Salon and worked at several other local salons before she retired to do hair for her friends and family at home.

Terri was an incredibly strong woman who loved with all she had. Her children, grandchildren and family meant the world to her. Terri’s outgoing personality led to many friendships, some of which she had since childhood that she cherished throughout her entire life. She was loved and will be missed by many.

Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Edith Lebedeff. She loved her dogs Tabby, Chloe, PeeWee and Roxy. She is survived by her sister, Penny West; her daughters, Christine (Chrissy) Howard, Pam Inman and her husband Billy. She is also survived by her beautiful grandchildren, Jessica Inman, Billy Inman with his beloved Hali, and Taylor Howard.

Additionally, she was able to spend time with four great-grandchildren, Brody, Jaycie, Brailyn and Adriana whom she adored and loved deeply.

Terri was a phenomenal woman who touched many lives both family and friends alike. She was loved by everyone she came in contact with.

Private family services will be held to celebrate her loving life. Thank you family and friends who made her life complete.
