Wayne L. Hicks of Clearlake Oaks, Calif., died on July 29, 2010.

He was born to Grace and George Hicks on Jan. 1, 1934, in Vallejo, Calif.

He served in the Korean war and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Clearlake, Calif.

Both of his parents are deceased. He had two daughters, Kathy Robinson of Vallejo, who was raised by her mother; and Suzanne Astabie, whom Wayne raised by himself. Suzanne is married to David Astabie and they have two children, Dillon and Ariel.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 11, at Vallejo Skyview Memorial Home.

Family viewing is 10 a.m. and funeral services will be 11 a.m.
