NORTH COAST, Calif. — Caltrans reports that the following road projects will be taking place around the North Coast during the coming week.
Included are Mendocino County projects that may impact Lake County commuters, as well as work in Del Norte and Humboldt counties.
Caltrans advises motorists to drive with caution when approaching work areas and to be prepared to stop at traffic control stations.
The Caltrans Traffic Operations Office has reviewed each project and determined that individual project delays are expected to be less than the statewide policy maximum of 30 minutes unless noted otherwise.

LAKE COUNTY
Highway 20
Route 20 (1.1/2.4) – Construction work from Blue Lakes Road to Irvine Avenue will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Motorists should anticipate up to 15-minute delays. LC#P20KA
Highway 29
Route 29 (11.5/13) – Landscape work near Spruce Grove Road South will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should expect up to 5-minute delays. LC#M29AA
Route 29 (20.7) – Utility work in Lower Lake at Marsh View Way will occur on Friday, April 26. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should expect up to 5-minute delays. LC#P29BA
Route 29 (20.7-21.6) – Electrical work will occur in Lower Lake from Marsh View Way to Seigler Canyon Road on Wednesday, May 1. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Motorists should expect up to 5-minute delays. LC#P29CA
Highway 53
Route 53 (.2/.6) – Tree work in Lower Lake from Kugelman Street to Anderson Ranch Parkway will occur on Monday, April 29. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Motorists should expect up to 5-minute delays. LC# P53CA

Highway 1
Route 1 (1.2/1.3) – Road work in Gualala from Sedalia Drive to Pacific Drive will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should anticipate up to 10-minute delays. LC#C1AB
Route 1 (75.4/76.1) – Emergency work south of Westport from the Blues Beach Trailhead to the Overlook will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists should anticipate up to 30-minute delays. LC#C1TA
Route 1 (87.8/103.2) – Paving work in Rockport north of Rockport Street to Redwood Forest Foundation Road will begin on Monday, April 29. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should expect up to 5-minute delays. LC#C1QA
Route 1 (104.9/105.5) – Emergency work in Leggett from Jct Route 271 to the South Fork Eel River Bridge 10-149 continues. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Motorists should anticipate up to 10-minute delays. LC#C1UA
Highway 20
Route 20 (32.8) – Bridge work in Willits at the Broaddus Creek Bridge 10-54 will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Motorists should anticipate up to 10-minute delays. LC#C20HA
Route 20 (33.9/38) – Utility work east of Calpella from Road 144 to Potter Valley Road will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Motorists should expect minor traffic slowdowns. LC#C20OA
Route 20 (37.9) – Bridge work east of Calpella at the Cold Creek Bridge 10-40 will continue. A full on ramp closure will be in effect from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Motorists should choose an alternate route. LC#C20HA
Highway 101
U.S. 101 (5.9) – Bridge work at the Pieta Creek Bridge 10-133 will continue. Lane closures will be in effect from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and motorists should expect minor slowdowns. LC#C101WD
U.S. 101 (9.8/10) – Road work in Hopland near La Franchi Road will conclude on Friday, April 26. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. Motorists should anticipate up to 10-minute delays. LC#C101DC

U.S. 101 (64.2/65.9) – Culvert work from the Loleta Drive Overcrossing 4-165 to the Singley Road Separation 4-110 will conclude on Friday, April 26. A southbound lane closure will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns. LC#C101VB
