Co-op to hold Oct. 25 meeting

CLEARLAKE – In the genuine spirit of co-creating the next level of the Lake County Community Co-op, join the group for an afternoon event of members and friends of the co-op to convene for the purpose of reflecting on and expressing thoughts and feelings surrounding the evolution of the organization past, present and future.

The meeting on the co-op's dynamics and direction will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, from noon to 4 p.m. at Redbud Park or, if weather conditions warrant an indoor venue, at the co-op building at 14773 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake.

Gently facilitated discussions, opportunities to speak using a talking stick and a shared meal will give participants an opportunity to celebrate and honestly process their thoughts and feelings concerning the dynamics of the organization.

Critical conversations and open discussions will be facilitated with the intent of maintaining an organizational culture based on quality, integrity, trust, equality and respect for diversity.
