LAKEPORT, Calif. – The city of Lakeport has released its street sweeping schedule for this fall.

The schedule is effective as of Sept. 20.

Mondays: Clearlake Avenue to North City Limits. Any streets in this area that might have been missed on Monday will be taken care of on Thursday.

Tuesdays: First Street to south city limits including Esplanade area, Lupoyoma Heights, Lakeport Boulevard and Parallel Drive.

Wednesdays: Second Street to Clearlake Avenue.

Thursdays: Additional streets that may have been missed on prior schedule.

Fridays: Main Street and Westside Park Road, and any areas needing special attention. Every other Friday they will not be running the street sweeper.

Blowing leaves into the street is acceptable, but please do not put them in piles as the street sweeper cannot sweep up piles of leaves. They do encourage residents to utilize their green waste service.

The City of Lakeport will not be open Nov. 12, Nov. 22 and 23, as well as Dec. 24 through Jan. 1, 2019. They will resume the normal street sweeper schedule as needed.

This schedule will remain in effect for the fall season only. This schedule is provided for the city of Lakeport within city limits and is on an “as needed” basis to maintain city streets during this time of year when leaves and debris accumulate in our streets.

Please be advised that there may be minor interruptions to the schedule from time to time due to city workloads and availability of manpower.
