LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lakeport Women’s Civic Club recently hosted fire officials and has more events coming up, including one of its main annual events.
Fire Chief Willie Sepata and Sean O’Hara represented the Lake County Fire Protection District at the club’s January meeting.
Club members were all very appreciative of the safety tips and concerns that these two first responders were able to address.
The club will hold its next general meeting on Friday, Feb. 2, at 11:30 a.m. at Riviera Hills Country Club Restaurant in Kelseyville. Sheriff Brian Martin will join them for lunch and be their guest speaker.
The cost for lunch is just $15 and this month they’ll be enjoying roasted pork tenderloin, potatoes and veggies, tossed salad and a roll, and dessert is always a magnificent surprise.
The Lakeport Women’s Civic Club is an exceptional group of women who would love to include you in its fundraising efforts. Duties are already being delegated as club members prepare for the annual Mad Hatters Luncheon and Fashion Show to be held this year on April 28 at Boutique Winery.
In order to join us at our upcoming meeting the group requires an RSVP by Jan 28. Please call Clare Stenge at 707-277-0972.
