LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lake County Chamber of Commerce will host “59 Minutes to a Better Business: Everything Counts” on Monday, July 18.

The seminar will take place from 6 p.m. to 6:59 p.m. at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park St.

Kenny Parlet, owner of Lakeview Supermarket and Deli in Lucerne, will lead the workshop.

In business, everything counts. In this workshop you'll learn scores of remarkable ways to inspire excellence and drive results in your business; why the little things often make a huge difference between great and poor customer service, seized or wasted opportunities, and over or under performance.

Attendees also will learn how to transform their businesses into results-driven machines and achieve higher levels of productivity by paying attention to the smallest details, as well as professional strategies that will improve your organization by focusing on leadership, quality, vision, teamwork and innovation.
