CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Clearlake Police Department is seeking the community’s help in locating a missing at-risk juvenile.

Seaira K. Dotson, 15, was last seen at her residence in Clearlake on Wednesday approximately 1:30 a.m., police said.

Police said the teen is considered at risk due to information obtained during the investigation.

She is described as a black female juvenile, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 100 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair.
