The week’s dogs are mixes of Belgian Shepherd, Catahoula, Chihuahua, Great Dane, Labrador Retriever, Malinois, Pomeranian and shepherd.
To meet the animals, call Clearlake Animal Control at 707-994-8201 and speak to Marcia at Extension 103 or Cheri at Extension 115, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or leave a message at any other time.

‘Chase’
“Chase” is a young male Belgian Shepherd/Malinois mix.
Shelter staff said he is a beautiful boy. He likes children and long walks.
He also likes to play, is a “talker” and will talk up a storm with you.
‘Courtney’
“Courtney” is a female Catahoula mix.
She has a short brown brindle coat and big brown eyes.
Shelter staff said she is about 2 years old and very sweet.
‘Duke’
“Duke” is a young Great Dane and shepherd mix.
Shelter staff said Duke is only 9 months old, is good with children and loves to play.
Duke is ready for his new home with a family.
‘Peetie’
“Peetie” is a senior male Chihuahua and Pomeranian mix.
Shelter staff said Peetie is a very sweet senior citizen looking for a peaceful home and a warm lap. He likes to watch television.
‘Smiley’
“Smiley” is a male yellow Labrador Retriever mix.
Shelter staff said he gets his name because he’s always smiling.
He loves children, is very sweet and know his commands.
