NORTHERN CALIFORNIA – Frank Allen Spencer passed away peacefully with his wife, Aretta, and four daughters, Kimberly, Tamara, Katherine and Allison, by his side on Oct. 13, 2016.

He is also survived by his grandchildren, Amber, Brett, Brady, Callen, Alyvia, Kaliann, Mateo, Brian Jr.; great-grandchildren, Kalub, Emoni and Caprice; step-children, William and Jennifer; step-grandchildren, Makenna, Madison, William V and Lokelani. He was preceded by his parents, Dave and Irma Spencer.

Frank touched many lives and he will be greatly missed by all.
