UPPER LAKE, Calif. – Cache Creek Catering and Lake County Wine Studio are presenting a quarterly food and wine series featuring gourmet appetizers paired with select Lake County wines.

Due to the Ranch fire, the event date was postponed to Saturday, Aug. 18. Reservations for seatings beginning at 5:30 p.m. are required.

The third quarter Local Cuisine Scene event will feature orchard and garden fresh harvests.

The first pairing will be a salad of nectarine, parmesan and black pepper paired with Gregory Graham Rosé.

The second pairing is fresh creamed corn with thyme, shallots and sautéed shrimp paired with Wildhurst Vineyard’s Reserve Chardonnay.

The dessert course will be an apricot Ebelskiver served with Chacewater Winery’s Muscat Canelli.
