Kelseyville United Methodist to host Christmas Eve service

KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Connect to the spirit of the season on Wednesday, Dec. 24, at the Kelseyville United Methodist Church's 7 p.m. Christmas Eve service.

Readings from the second chapter of the Gospel of Luke will be offered by Linda Breeding, interspersed with songs by younger members of the church and children from the community.

A special guest vocalist, Samaya Epstein, will perform her original song, “Lullaby for the Christ Child.”

Attendees will have an opportunity to sing traditional carols during the lighting of the Advent candles.

Pastor Voris Brumfield will lead a meditation for Christmas renewal.

The evening will close with the singing of “Silent Night” and prayer by Rev. Claude Dunn.

The Kelseyville United Methodist Church is located at First and Main streets in Kelseyville, across from the Saw Shop.
