KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – “A Holiday Festival of Song” is the theme of the service at the Unitarian Universalist Community of Lake County (UUCLC) on Sunday, Dec. 22.

The service begins at 11 a.m. at the church, located at First and Main streets in Kelseyville.

Guests are encouraged to attend the special holiday service.

The service will explore the origins of the Christmas celebration while providing background on some of its best loved songs.

Special music will be offered by Carol Cole-Lewis, Clovice Lewis and the UUCLC choir. Poetry and other seasonal readings also will be featured.

Following the service, a potluck luncheon will take place in the social hall. All are invited to stay to celebrate the season.

Unitarian Universalism affirms that inspiration and meaning may be found in many sources, including the natural world, personal experience, history and religious tradition.
