More than 12,000 churches in the U.S. and 4,000 churches overseas participate in AWANA, a Bible-based club for children ages pre-kindergarten through sixth grade, and middle-school and high-school aged youth.
There will be plenty of action and fun including games, Bible memory, speakers, awards, singing and special events.
Hours are 6:30 to 8 p.m. each Tuesday with signups at the door.
This year’s themes include: Crazy Hair Night, Backwards Night, Chocolate Night and ‘Parents and Pizza Night.
Church representatives called AWANA a great way to meet new friends, know and grow in Christ, and apply God’s word to everyday living.
