LAKE COUNTY – Do you have a love of the outdoors? Do you enjoy hiking? Would you be willing to share your knowledge with others?

The Bureau of Land Management, Ukiah Field Office is currently seeking volunteers to lead guided nature hikes in the Cache Creek Natural Area in Lake and Colusa Counties, and the Stornetta Public Lands near Point Arena in Mendocino County.

 

Volunteers should be in good physical condition, and have some knowledge of natural or cultural history.

BLM is particularly interested in volunteers who are familiar with wildflowers or birds of the area.
