2:28 p.m. – Juvenile male reported to be walking in and out of traffic at Giselman and High. Gone on arrival.

3 p.m. – Anonymous male reports a male subject is walking eastbound on First from Forbes and drinking a 40-ounce Old English malt liquor. Gone on arrival.

4:57 p.m. – Caller reports an 18-year-old male hit him in the back of the head with something, possibly an ash tray, and is currently downstairs drinking and refusing to leave at location on First.

10:04 p.m. – Two Asian females, one in a wheelchair, reportedly beginning for money in the 1100 block of Lakeport Boulevard. One of them later appeared to not need a wheelchair. Warning issued.

11:45 p.m. – Report taken for pedestrian check on N. Forbes. Released on cite.
