12:39 a.m. – Caller reports she just returned home after being gone 15 minutes and there are chunks of meat with rat poison inside in front of her home and her dog may have already eaten some. Report taken.

2:30 a.m. – Caller reports downstairs neighbors are playing loud music, drinking and partying with approximately 10 other subjects. Checks OK.

2:45 a.m. – Suspicious van reported on Fourth.

12:27 p.m. – Giselman and Hillcrest Drive blocked by lines down and a tree limb. Outside agency assist.
