3:33 p.m. – Vicious pit bull barking at people in the laundromat in the 1100 block of S. Main. Associated with a white female adult wearing dirty old clothes who is rummaging in the garbage.

4:42 p.m. – Subject reported speeding in a residential area on 20^th, traveling between 45 and 50 miles per hour.
