3:30 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at S. Russell and Martin.


10:21 a.m. – Business in the 1100 block of S. Main reported three male juveniles are skateboarding on the property, have been asked to leave but refused. Warning issued.


12:20 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Main and Lupoyoma Heights.


2:28 p.m. – Caller from Oakland reports a subject took their daughter from Lakeport location.


3:56 p.m. – Warning issued during pedestrian check on Lakeshore Boulevard.


5:57 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Lupoyoma Avenue and S. Main.


8:23 p.m. – Gunshots reportedly heard on S. Forbes. Subjects gone on arrival.


8:26 p.m. – People reported to be behind apartment on Bevins, sounds like they're banging on a trash can lid. Gone on arrival.


8:35 p.m. – People driving through the barrier at the end of Clear Lake Avenue; caller is fearful for children who are trick or treating. Checks OK.


8:57 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at N. Main and 10th.


9:27 p.m. – Theft of a cash box belonging to a service club reported at Clear Lake High School on Lange. Responsible subject said to be dressed like a pirate. Report taken.


10:14 p.m. – Caller reports vandalism to her front yard on North in Kelseyville.


11:34 p.m. – Someone is picking up pumpkins and throwing them against the door of a 19th Street residence.


11:54 p.m. – Anonymous caller heard a male and female screaming, then heard a car flee and heard a large crash at location on 13th Street.
