2:38 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at 11th and N. Forbes.


11:52 a.m. – Report taken for vandalism to phone lines in the 200 block of N. Main.


12:43 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued at N. Main and Seventh.


4:10 p.m. – Caller reports a toddler, about 18 months old, standing in the middle of the 1000 block of N. High Street, crying. No parents are around and the child is running from the caller. Report taken.


8:38 p.m. – Nineteenth Street resident reported two young juveniles in costume came to his door and were trick or treating. They asked him if he didn't have candy if he could give them a quarter or something.


8:57 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Seventh and N. Main.


9:36 p.m. – Business on 11th Street reported a male subject was asked to leave after he started yelling at the female he was with. He refused to leave then started trying to fight with the employees. Last seen heading toward Mellor. Subject had been drinking. Gone on arrival.
