Wednesday, Feb. 28


12:44 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at 2703 Lakeshore Blvd. at Rainbow Road.


1:25 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 at mile marker 16.

   

 

 

Tuesday, Feb. 27


7:58 a.m. White or gray horse seen running in the roadway on Highway 175 at Dry Creek cutoff, headed toward Cobb.


9:18 a.m. Vehicle versus house at 10417 Loch Lomond at Highway 175. No injuries; woman is calling her own road services.


3:16 p.m. Two vehicles blocking the roadway on Laurel Dell at Scotts Valley Road.

 

5:08 p.m. Golden Gate Communications Center needs Highway 29 closed at Bradford. Butts Canyon Road not advisable for alternate route; not other route available. Four-by-four vehicles can use Western Mines Road; several vehicles have come through using the old Toll Road on the back side, which has 1 to 2 inches of snow on it. Per the Transportation Management Center, the roadway will be opening in about one and one-hafl hours.


6:19 p.m. Older vehicle versus a pedestrian on Highway 20 in front of the Nice Market.


8:58 p.m. Ice reported on Loch Lomond Road. Lake County Sheriff's Office was notifying the County Roads Department via radio.

 

 

Monday, Feb. 26


5:37 a.m. Red and white Chevy Blazer about two feet into the lane and causing a traffic hazard on southbound Highway 53.


12:35 p.m. Tree blocking the roadway on Soda Bay Road at Golf.


2:39 p.m. Big rig blocking Old Lake County Road.


3:20 p.m. Motorhome blocking the view from Manzanita onto Highway 20.


6:07 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 at mile marker 7.


6:23 p.m. Huge boulder on the fog line along westbound Highway 20, one-quarter mile east of the Driftwood Lounge in Lucerne.


7:13 p.m. Person standing in the roadway, trying to get a ride and causing a traffic hazard on eastbound Highway 20 at the Highway 53 intersection.

 

 

Sunday, Feb. 25


8:42 p.m. Ambulance responding to a traffic collision on Butts Canyon Road, five miles from Highway 29. Two vehicles involved, a gray Corvette and a green car. Per CDF, the collision is in Napa County.


10:10 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at 8873 Soda Bay Road.

 

Saturday, Feb. 24

2:53 p.m. – Tree across Soda Bay Road, five miles from Buckingham. One lane is open. County Roads Department called; road closed until they arrive. Soda Bay closed a few hours for clearing; road detoured via Madrone Lane.

6:46 p.m. – Traffic collision with minor injuries on eastbound Highway 29 at mile marker 19. Semi truck is blocking the eastbound lane.

 

7:18 p.m. Vehicle hit a bicycle on Highway 20 at Oak grove. Major injuries reported.

 

Friday, Feb. 23


7:13 a.m. Traffic hazard on Seigler Canyon Road three miles west of Highway 29.


3:06 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Hill Road East at Crystal Lake Way.


4:22 p.m. Roadway blocked because of a traffic collision with no injuries on Soda Bay Road at Mission Rancheria Road. Red Dodge Caravan versus a while GMC pickup. No injuries reported.


8:47 p.m. -- Disabled vehicle on southbound Highway 29 just north of Nice-Lucerne Cutoff.  

 

Thursday, Feb. 22


12:20 p.m. Mudslide halfway into the roadway on the Hopland Grade at mile marker 2.


5:14 p.m. Tanker truck versus a sedan with minor injuries on northbound Highway 29 at Spruce Grove Road South. A child is in the passenger vehicle, according to a caller reporting the incident. Roadway blocked.


5:55 p.m. Traffic hazard blocking the lane on northbound Highway 29 one-half mile north of Spruce Grove Road.


5:58 p.m. Vehicle being pushed off the road onto the right-hand shoulder on Highway 29 at Coyote Grade.

  

Wednesday, Feb. 21


9:33 a.m. Disabled white pickup on the right hand side of southbound Highway 29, one mile north of Hidden Valley. Three males trying to flag down traffic.


4:35 p.m. Disabled vehicle on northbound Highway 29 just north of Highway 175/Hopland Grade.


4:48 p.m. Disabled vehicle on northbound Highway 29 just north of Diener.


6:01 p.m. An SUV versus a Ford sedan with minor injuries on Highway 29 at Kit's Corner. Roadway blocked. Ambulance responding.


6:54 p.m. Disabled vehicle on northbound Highway 29 just north of Manning Flats.

 

8:43 p.m. Ambulance responding to a solo vehicle spin-out on Highway 20 just east of Le Trianon at Blue Lakes. Red sedan may have hit the embankment.

 

Tuesday, Feb. 20


4:24 a.m. Caller reports a vehicle hit a pedestrian on Highway 20 in front of Valero in Nice. Pedestrian was in middle of roadway. Subject transported to Sutter, will be transported to Santa Rosa Memorial. Blood draw ordered on pedestrian.


1:10 p.m. Black Kia Optima versus a gray Honda car on Highway 29 at Woody's. No injuries reported.

 

Monday, Feb. 19


11:41 a.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries on Highway 20 at the Plaza in Clearlake Oaks. Vehicle versus pedestrian.


11:49 a.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries at Robinson Road at Foothill Road.


4:35 p.m. Box in the lane on southbound Highway 29 at mile marker 34, causing a traffic hazard.


4:59 p.m. Oil on the roadway on eastbound Kelsey Creek Drive at Highway 29.

 

8:12 p.m. Family of four at Sutter Lakeside Emergency Room reports being involved in a traffic collision. Minor injuries.


8:43 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 175 near Cobb Elementary School.

 

Sunday, Feb. 18


1:10 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 29, just south of Grange Road.


4:16 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on northbound Highway 29 at mile marker 8.


6:30 p.m. Traffic hazard on westbound Highway 20 at Blue Lakes.


6:43 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Loch Lomond Road.

 

 

Saturday, Feb. 17


1:04 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Oasis on Highway 20.


1:24 p.m. Injured duck on the roadway on Highway 53 just north of Highway 29. Animal Control officer called.


1:50 p.m. Traffic hazard on northbound Highway 29 south of Bottle Rock Road. Dark green Corvette parked two feet into the roadway. CHP officer onscene.


2:35 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 just north of Bell Hill Road.

 

 

Friday, Feb. 16


2:06 p.m. Two vehicles involved in a collision on Todd Road at Highway 29. No injuries reported.


3:33 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 20 at mile marker 36.


6:20 p.m. Vehicle three feet over the fog line on eastbound Highway 20 at mile marker 42, causing a hazard.

10:54 a.m. Pine tree in the eastbound lane of the road on Soda Bay at Bergesen. County Roads crew called to remove it.


11:27 a.m. Disabled vehicle on eastbound Highway 20 at Cache Creek.


2:02 p.m. Beige Honda Accord partially in the roadway causing a traffic hazard at Highway 29 mile marker 31.


2:56 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Live Oak at Main Street.


7:33 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 20 just west of Colusa County line.


7:50 p.m. Dead dog causing a traffic hazard on Highway 20 one mile east of Robinson Rancheria.


8:08 p.m. Disabled vehicle on westbound Highway 20 between Blue Lakes and Scotts Valley. 

 

Friday, Feb. 9


8:39 a.m. Large boulder partially blocking the roadway on eastbound Highway 175 three miles south west of Lakeport.


2:50 p.m. Rocks in the roadway on eastbound Highway 175.


2:56 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 281.


5:52 p.m. Head-on traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 29 at Kit's Corner.


7:57 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at 11961 Wiggin Way at Hillside Lane. Convicted felon contacted at scene.


8:10 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Soda Bay Road at the gate to Konocti Harbor. Fence damaged.


10:04 a.m. Tree down blocking bloth lanes on Highway 175 at Maple Shadows.

 

 

Thursday, Feb. 8


11:15 a.m. -- Two vehicle collision at Highway 29 at Merritt. Minor injuries reported.


11:16 a.m. Two vehicle collision on Highway 29 two miles south of Lakeport.


11:23 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at Highland Springs and Highway 29.


11:26 a.m. Red Jeep Cherokee versus a white Ford F-150 pickup at Hill Road East near Sutter Lakeside Hospital. No injuries reported.


11:56 a.m. Traffic collision with no details on Road D at East. Caller has no further information on collision, but reports a tree fell on two parked cars the day before.


3:19 p.m. Large rock in the roadway on Highway 29 just north of the Napa County line.

 

Wednesday, Feb. 7


12:47 p.m. Three cows loose on Hill Road West between the jail and Park Way.


2:49 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Soda Bay Road at Waldo Lane.


3:16 p.m. Dead deer on the east shoulder of Highway 29 just south of Diener near Lower Lake.


6:01 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 20 at Pengree Road.

 

Tuesday, Feb. 6


6:06 p.m. Dead dog on southbound Highway 20 just north of Highway 175/Hopland. Causing traffic hazard. Owner is picking the animal up.

  

Monday, Feb. 5


3:52 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Armstrong. Vehicle versus pedestrian.


9:47 p.m. Disabled vehicle at the “Y,” the intersection of Highways 53 and 20, in Clearlake Oaks.


9:47 p.m. Disabled vehicle on westbound Highway 20 at Sulphur Bank, Clearlake Oaks.

11:01 a.m. Disabled vehicle on the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff just west of the Rodman Bridge.

 

Saturday, Feb. 3


2:05 p.m. Tree limbs in roadway on southbound Highway 29 just south of Kit's Corner.


5:14 p.m. Disabled vehicle blocking late on northbound Highway 29 just north of Bar X Ranch.


6:25 p.m. Vehicle blocking fire lane at Middletown Elementary School.


7:30 p.m. Disabled vehicle on the side of the road on northbound Highway 29 just north of Hill Road, with the blinkers on.

  

Friday, Feb. 2


7:42 a.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 175/Hopland just west of mile marker 5.


9:11 a.m. Traffic collision, no details, on southbound Highway 29 at mile marker 46.


9:54 a.m. Traffic hazard on eastbound Highway 20 near Dam Road. No further information.


12:30 p.m. Black cow in the road on southbound Highway 29. Message left for possible owner. “Interested cow people” get the cow corralled.


5:59 p.m. Cinder block in the roadway causing a hazard, Highway 29 at Live Oak in Kelseyville. Block is removed.


7:34 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at Seventh Street extension in Kelseyville.

    

Thursday, Feb. 1


5:34 a.m. Vehicle into telephone pole on Highway 20 at 16th. No injuries reported.


6:06 a.m. Dead deer causing a traffic hazard on northbound Highway 29 at the Glasgow Grade.


7:24 a.m. Injured deer in the road on Highway 281 at Tenaya in the Kelseyville Riviera.


1:54 p.m. Traffic hazard reported at Merritt and Gaddy at Loasa. No further information.


6:22 p.m. Vehicle rollover on Highway 175/Hopland Grade at mile marker 2. No injuries reported.


9:31 p.m. Traffic hazard on eastbound Highway 20 at Blue Lakes. Towing service called.
