1:09 a.m. – Clearlake PD reported they're out with a bottle on fire at Highway 53/Lakeshore. General services rendered.


2:48 a.m. – Traffic stop at Mellor Drive/15th. Warning.


3:01 a.m. – Traffic stop on Lakeport Boulevard. Arrest made.


8:01 a.m. – Civil complaint. Landlord is at address on Armstrong wanting to paint apartment. Respondent has been given a move out order but has until the 10th. Civil assist.


10:33 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Pipe with water shooting out in grass area reported at Lake County Fairgrounds. General services rendered.


1:15 p.m. – Suspicious person reported on the south side of Will-o-point. Male subject lying in the weeds by water, caller advising subject is moving. Arrest made.


3:03 p.m. – Contempt of court. Ex did not meet with caller to drop off children today at 3 p.m. Report taken.


3:20 p.m. – According to the reporter, subject has mental issues and he feels that she needs to be seen by mental health and he doesn’t feel safe taking her there himself, respondent is currently laying on the couch rambling to herself. Report taken.


7:03 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main/10th. Warning.


8:09 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard/Rainbow Road. Warning.


8:14 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard/Crystal Lake Way. Warning.


8:20 p.m. – Pedestrian check at N. Main/Fifth. Arrest made.


9:46 p.m. – Family disturbance on Forest Drive. Husband came home, had been drinking, threw phone on the floor, pinned caller on the floor when she tried to call police. Denies medical, has been drinking, unknown if there's drugs involved, has one handgun and one rifle in the house. Dog in the house. Caller advised he is a convicted felon. Report taken.
