11:06 a.m. – An 80-year-old man outside of Evergreen Healthcare will not come back in. Staff member outside with him. General services rendered.


11:35 a.m. – Elderly male in a wheelchair is refusing to get in to vehicle, people are trying to force him in to vehicle. They are in an argument at Burger King. General services rendered.


1:53 p.m. – Caller advises he has not lived at the address on Central Park Avenue in six months and he just received a water bill for over $300. He advises that house should be vacant. General services rendered.


3:10 p.m. – Juvenile problems reported on Forest Drive. Daughter is banging on callers bedroom door and is mad because caller took her drug pipe away. Caller has locked herself in her room. General services rendered.


3:56 p.m. – Caller reports ongoing problems with daughter. General services rendered.


4:28 p.m. – Trespassing reported on Bevins Court. Contact caller at office. He is not supposed to be there, caller has told him before that he is not allowed on property. He is code 4 and inside apartment. Warning given.


9:05 p.m. – Welfare check requested on callers mother, who is 78 years old. Phone has been busy for over an hour. Checks OK.
