11:38 a.m. – Suspicious person reported at Applerain Nursery on S. Main. Female suspect is in front of the business, yelling at traffic and passersby. Subject also came into the business asking for money. Warning issued.

12:28 p.m. – Umpqua Bank on 11^th reports two males are hiding in the bushes between the bank and the doctor's office. One is balding and the other is wearing a Hawaiian shirt. Gone on arrival.

1:59 p.m. – Warning given to suspicious person at Library Park.

3:17 p.m. – Broken water main reported in the area of Konocti Avenue and S. Forbes. Referred to another agency.
