NOTICE OF PROPOSED MODIFICATION BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of  California, will consider approving Modification (MMU 21-20) of original Use Permit UP 18- 43 at a public hearing that will take place on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 9:10 a.m. in the  Lake County Courthouse, 1st Floor, Board of Supervisor’s Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street,  Lakeport, California. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, meetings of the Lake County Planning  Commission will be available for participation virtually via Zoom and in the Board Chambers  subject to social distancing requirements. Applicant/Owner: Sunny S Ranch / Shannon  Sanders. Proposed Project: Four 2,499 sq. ft. nursery areas (greenhouses) for immature  cannabis plants in conjunction with previously approved file no.
