NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER ADOPTION  OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION TO CEQA AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of  California, will hold a public hearing to consider a Parcel Map (PM 20-23) to divide a 406.69 acre property to create three new parcels, and consideration of a Categorical Exemption to  CEQA on Thursday July 22, 2021, 9:05 am in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N.  Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. Applicant / Owner: Langtry Farms LP. Proposed Project: Three parcel land division. Location: 21700 and 22000 Butts Canyon Road, Middletown, CA; APNs: 014-310-08, 014-320-06 and 014-330-08. Environmental Evaluation: Categorical  Exemption due to historical disturbance of the site for use as a vineyard and winery.
