The applicant, Jamie Fielden, is requesting the approval of Appeal AP 2021-01 contesting the decision of the Director of Community Development denying the penultimate application Administrative Use Permit AUP 2021-01. Specifically, the project would accommodate the installation of a new prefabricated metal garage, with electrical capabilities, for non-commercial activity only. Any other agency approvals will be required prior to construction.
