NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider a Major Use Permit (UP 20-01) to consider approval of a commercial cannabis cultivation project on a 20+ acre property, and consideration of adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 20-01) on Thursday, May 27, 2021, 9:35 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant / Owner: Stella Green Farms LLC.

Proposed Project: One (1) A-Type 3 medium outdoor cannabis cultivation license requesting 43,560 square feet of cannabis canopy area and one (1) A-Type 13 self-distribution license.

Location: 5808 Highland Springs Road, Lakeport, CA; APN: 008-044-24.
