NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator, County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 20-01) and Initial Study (IS 20-04) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 17, 2021 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the courthouse.
